The article presents the results of a five-year research cycle that made it possible to assess the antioxidant status of plants of different ecosystems with different anthropogenic loads, to conduct a comparative analysis of their resistance to inorganic pollutants and radionuclides. The importance of low-molecular and high-molecular components of the antioxidant protection system in the formation of plant resistance to anthropogenic stress was revealed; methodical recommendations on the use of parameters of the antioxidant system for the complex diagnosis of plant resistance to anthropogenic effects were developed.
