Основные подходы к определению барьеров для развития женского предпринимательства в мировой экономике

Аннотация

Изложены аспекты изучения женского предпринимательства в контексте развития мировой экономики. Особое внимание уделено выявленным экономистами из разных стран мира сложностям, с которыми сталкиваются женщины-предприниматели. Гендерный разрыв обоснован с точки зрения наличия барьеров для развития женского предпринимательства и вытекающих из этого проблем, что негативно сказывается на динамике экономического роста. Показана необходимость разграничения понятий «барьер» и «проблема» с целью раскрыть содержание участия женщин в ведении бизнеса. Предложена классификация барьеров для развертывания женского предпринимательства. Обоснованы направления преодоления данных барьеров, способствующие развитию предпринимательского потенциала женщин.
