The process of youth participation in the national and cultural life of the Soviet Belarus in the interwar period is consi- dered. The stages and characteristic features of the development of this process are determined. It is stated that since the mid-1920s there has been an increase in participation in the national and cultural life of the BSSR of both Belarusian boys and girls and youth of national minorities. The participation of Komsomol structures in the national and cultural construction was in fact developed with difficulties until the end of the 1930s: short rises were followed by recessions. Only at the end of the period under review did the work on educating the younger generation in the spirit of internationalism deepen.
