Abstract

Various contexts affecting the design and implementation of modern competence models for the training of graduates of higher education institutions are considered. Among them: the Bologna context, the experience of Russian universities, continuity and innovation in the competence models of the Belarusian standards of higher education of the new generation. The algorithm of operationalization of the competence approach in Belarusian higher education standards is analyzed. The peculiarities of designing updated groups of competences in the Belarusian standards of generation 3+.
