Mediatisation of social practices: risks and consequences

The author of the article analyses the influence of the mediatisation process on various spheres of public life and social practices. The methodological basis of the article is the principles of social and materialist phenomenology, the ideas of structuralism and network theory, as well as an interdisciplinary approach that allows us to consider digital media in connection with social and anthropological changes. The conducted research allows us to identify the risks and consequences of ongoing social transformations in the categories of temporality, control, decentralisation of interaction and space, gameisation (gamification) of social interactions.
