Сущностно-содержательные аспекты персональных данных в Республике Беларусь

Аннотация

Рассмотрены сущностно-содержательные аспекты персональных данных в Республике Беларусь. Высказываются предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию правового регулирования информационных отношений в области персональных данных в нашей стране. На основании опыта зарубежных стран дается трактовка термину «персональные данные». Вносится предложение о целесообразности включения в паспорт гражданина Республики Беларусь в обязательном порядке отметки о группе и резус-принадлежности крови. Отмечается, что в современных условиях необходимо обновление процесса принятия решений, связанных с правовым регулированием персональных данных в Республике Беларусь. Подчеркивается, что совершенствование национального законодательства в области персональных данных, в том числе вопросов, касающихся их защиты, является весьма важным для обеспечения информационной безопасности в Республике Беларусь, что, в свою очередь, создает реальные условия для дальнейшего развития унитарного демократического социального правового государства. Целенаправленная работа над совершенствованием законодательства всех заинтересованных в этой сфере государственных органов будет способствовать улучшению практики его правоприменения.
