Понятие и виды вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий

Аннотация

С помощью семантического анализа рассматриваются специфические признаки вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Особое внимание уделяется исследованию мировых подходов к правовому регулированию методов репродуктивной медицины. На основе изучения государственной политики в области охраны семьи и здоровья делается вывод о целесообразности сохранения действующего медикализированного подхода Республики Беларусь к правовому регулированию вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Исходя из оценки белорусского рынка медицинских услуг, обосновывается необходимость расширения перечня используемых видов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий в Законе Республики Беларусь «О вспомогательных репродуктивных технологиях».
