Правовое регулирование персональных данных с учетом введения ID-карт и биометрических паспортов

Аннотация

Анализируются международные акты и законы некоторых стран по защите персональных данных. Рассматриваются важнейшие позиции существующего законодательства Республики Беларусь в этой сфере. Излагаются основные моменты, которые должны быть отражены в готовящемся законе. Особое внимание уделено вопросам введения с 2019 г. ID-карт и биометрических паспортов. Обращается внимание на то, что новый закон должен комплексно регламентировать вопросы правового регулирования и защиты персональных данных.
