Аннотация

Раскрываются сущность и особенности реализации права на участие в управлении делами государства в условиях цифровизации государства и общества. Обосновывается необходимость совершенствования институтов публичного обсуждения проектов актов, инициирования принятия нормативных правовых актов, электронных обращений с учетом потребностей и возможностей граждан в сфере использования информационных технологий.
