Тенденции развития земельного законодательства Республики Беларусь: новый этап

Аннотация

Анализируются новации, появившиеся в правовом регулировании земельных отношений в связи с принятием новой редакции Кодекса Республики Беларусь о земле, и перспективы дальнейшего развития земельного законодательства. Отмечается преемственность основных положений, характеризующих правовой режим земель, земельных участков. Определяются тенденции обновления земельного законодательства Республики Беларусь в связи с расширением прав на земельные участки отдельных категорий землепользователей и изменением порядка изъятия и предоставления земельных участков. Формулируются предложения, направленные на совершенствование правового регулирования в исследуемой области.
