К вопросу о перспективах дальнейшего конституционно-правового обеспечения эффективного функционирования принципа разделения властей

Аннотация

Рассмотрены и предложены возможные перспективы дальнейшего совершенствования конституционно-правовых основ, в частности, касающихся обеспечения государством прав, свобод человека и реализации принципа разделения государственных властей в настоящих реалиях. Исследуются особенности института уполномоченного по правам человека на примере законодательства зарубежных стран. Анализируются пути укрепления исполнительной ветви власти, а также расширения парламентского контроля в государстве, участия парламента в формировании правительства.
