Новые черты аграрного законодательства в сфере племенного дела и семеноводства

Аннотация

Определены особенности правового регулирования отношений в сфере племенного дела и семеноводства на основе анализа нормативных правовых актов Республики Беларусь с учетом воздействия согласованной агропромышленной политики, проводимой на территории Евразийского экономического союза. Выявлены общие и ключевые тенденции развития законодательства, характерные для правовых режимов обращения семян и племенной продукции на рынке. Представлена характеристика институциональной среды, обеспечивающей взаимодействие государства, производителей и потребителей семян и племенной продукции.
