Современные информационные технологии в цивилистическом процессе иностранных государств и Республики Беларусь: сравнительно-правовой анализ

Аннотация

Проводится сравнительно-правовое исследование применения современных информационных технологий в цивилистическом процессе иностранных государств и Республики Беларусь в таких сферах, как информирование заинтересованных лиц и общественности о порядке разрешения споров, информационное обеспечение деятельности судов, организация делопроизводства и решение иных сопутствующих правосудию вопросов, предъявление исков (иных заявлений) в суды, распределение дел между судьями, извещение участников судопроизводства, судебное доказывание и др. В результате проведенного исследования сделан вывод о том, что по уровню и глубине внедрения современных информационных технологий отечественное цивилистическое судопроизводство ничуть не уступает своим зарубежным аналогам, хотя определенный потенциал для его совершенствования в данном направлении есть.
