Правовое обеспечение устойчивого развития сельских территорий в государствах – членах Евразийского экономического союза

Аннотация

Анализируются правовые основы обеспечения устойчивого развития сельских территорий в государствах – членах Евразийского экономического союза. Выявлены общие ключевые тенденции формирования законодательства с учетом исторических предпосылок и особенностей проводимой государственной аграрной политики в данной сфере. Представлена авторская классификация правовых моделей обеспечения устойчивого развития сельских территорий, сформулирован вывод о выборе наиболее оптимальной для Республики Беларусь правовой модели будущего сельских территорий.
