Аннотация

Исследуется правовая природа актов Конституционного Суда Республики Беларусь. Особое внимание уделяется анализу юридических свойств решений и заключений органа конституционного правосудия и их юридической силе. Отмечается роль Конституционного Суда Республики Беларусь в правотворчестве и совершенствовании национального законодательства.
