«Journal of the Belarusian State University. Law» is founded by the Belarusian State University in 1969 (until 2017, as the section «Law» in the journal «Vesnіk BDU. Seryja 3, Gіstoryja. Jekanomіka. Prava»). The journal has been keeping the position of the country’s leading academic journal on basic theoretical and applied problems of history, economics and law. The journal includes original scientific articles and reviews of jurisprudence, chronicles of conferences; book reviews of monographs, textbooks and tutorials, as well as anniversary articles about the famous scientists in the field of law. The articles cover problems of theory and history of law and state, constitutional law and administrative law, civil law and civil procedure, сriminal law, criminal procedure, labour law and social security law, environmental law, natural resources law and agrarian law, finance law and tax law, criminalistics and other.
