The experience of the formation of professional and personal qualities of students in the implementation of the problem-heuristic approach in the frame of the author’s technology of lectures organising in physics at a technical university are examined in this paper. Within a three-semester course in general physics, a comparative composition evaluation of students participating in a pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of place of residence, age, gender and pre-university experience of advanced studies in physics. The assessment of the professional and personal development of students involved in the process of creating their own educational product in the form of creative works was made using individual questionnaires, including reflexive questions.
