The educational environment as an ecosystem: preparing future teachers to implement the ideas of advanced education

Based on the analysis of trends in the development of the educational environment of general secondary education, a number of factors that determine the effectiveness of training future teachers to use the potential of the innovative school educational environment have been identified. Among such factors are: updating the content of higher pedagogical education in the direction of its diversification, including by referring to the experience of theoretical research and educational practices from around the world related to the design, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative educational environments, strengthening practical attention to the development of project and research culture and competence of future teachers, the inclusion of students already during their studies at the university in the transformation of socio-cultural networking, which is an integral part of the school’s activities, into a system of innovative partnership focused on the goals of advanced education.
