Scientific management of bachelors at Chinese universities as an innovation in the process of training modern specialists

The results of the implementation of the system of scientific management of bachelors in universities of the People’s Republic of China are analysed. Educational practice shows that the system of scientific management of bachelors contributes to the growth of efficiency both in the field of academic proper and in terms of educational and ideological. At the same time, there are some difficulties with defining the responsibilities of a student’s supervisor. Therefore, the article suggests some steps to improve the system, such as increasing the publicity of the relevant work, a reasonable distribution of the number of teachers to guide students, improving working conditions, creating a transparent mechanism for monitoring and encouraging, etc.
