Interaction has the greatest incentive for programmers with high tolerance. The key motivators for intolerant for ambiguity programmers are the feedback obtained from the work, responsibility for work, meaning of work, autonomy and completed quests. The possibilities of practical application of the results and prospects for further research are considered.
