Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological study conducted by the method of an in-depth interview. The peculiarities of social adaptation of young professionals to housing conditions, working life, medical service, transport service, trade provisioning, the choice of leisure activities have been established. The specifics of the relationship between young professionals in the work community, in a friendly company, in a rural community have been defined. The prospects of professional, creative and personal self-realization of young professionals in a rural settlement have been revealed. The factors contributing to the adaptation of young professionals in the village and the barriers to it have been identified. Recommendations on keeping young professionals attached to contemporary Belarusian village have been proposed.
