Abstract

The dynamic properties of the soft magnetic composite material in the frequency range up to 100 kHz with a change in the thickness of the insulating layer and the size of iron particles were investigated. It is shown that with an increase in the thickness of the insulating layer, the loss for remagnetization decreases, but at the same time there is a decrease in the magnetic value of the saturation induction and magnetic permeability. Therefore, that the decision to reduce losses by increasing the thickness of the insulating coating is not always the best solution. It is preferable to achieve a reduction losses for remagnetization due to an increase in the specific resistance of the insulating layer with its minimum thickness.
