Abstract

The article deals with topical issues of development of intercultural interaction through various forms of museum communication: narrative practices, historical reconstructions, multimedia format. The expansion and transformation of the concept of «heritage» provides significant opportunities for working with cultural memory and collective identity. The use of various communicative practices in the museum to express significant meanings provides the visitor with the necessary experiences and feelings, the opportunity to participate in the process of informal communication and education, an accessible and modern language for perception and adaptive technologies.
