Migration and ethnocultural policy of the Republic of Belarus as a factor of national communities adaptation

This article examines the migration and ethnocultural policies of the Republic of Belarus in the context of the adaptation of national communities to intercultural interaction in the country's multicultural society. It analyses the legal framework and mechanisms regulating interethnic relations, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation of interethnic relations, as well as promising areas for their development. It notes the importance of expanding the legal framework for ethnocultural policy and developing a system for monitoring and evaluating integration mechanisms for immigrants.
