Convergence of cultural industries

Abstract

The problems of convergence of cultural industries are considered in connection with the development of modern multimedia at the beginning of the 21st century. The problem of convergence is widely discussed by specialists in the field of culture. But in the modern context, the convergence of culture is considered in the context of media convergence. It is shown that many researchers also consider such a phenomenon as transmedia narration within the framework of the problem of cultural convergence. It is proved that in modern cultural industries there is also a process of convergence of cultural industries. This is due to the development of modern technologies.
