Sociological assessment of the regulatory influence of the state on the development of entrepreneurship

The evolution of the regulatory impact of the state in Belarus on entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship as a social institution and type of economic activity is considered. The reasons for the change of its main trends due to the transformation of the economic, political and cultural life of the country are explained. The main mechanisms of regulatory impact on the development of entrepreneurship are revealed, in particular, the need to use the institution of regulatory impact assessment based on the dialogue of the state, business and the expert community, coordination of the interests of different social groups with national objectives.
