Интегративные процессы в области образования: новые вызовы для Беларуси

Аннотация

Рассмотрены основные проблемы, с которыми за последние пять лет столкнулось белорусское высшее образование (в рамках интернационализации). Проведен анализ интеграции Беларуси в международное образовательное пространство. Данный период ознаменован новыми вызовами: процесс вхождения в  Европейское пространство высшего образования осложнился рядом требований, выполнить которые достаточно трудно; в Евразийском экономическом союзе образование не входит в число приоритетных направлений. Потоки въездной мобильности сократились из-за внешних факторов. Сложившаяся ситуация требует комплексного подхода, включающего в себя стратегические и тактические изменения в образовательной сфере. Предложены пути решения новых проблем высшего образования.
