Labour market of small city in the regional context of the Republic of Belarus

The labour market of a small city through a prism of its social maintenance, which is not fixed by statistics, is analyzed. It is proved, that behind favorable indicators of employment and unemployment level in the Republic of Belarus take the place important regional distinctions of labour markets in the small cities. Level of general unemployment and population standard of living as characteristics of regional labour markets are considered.
