Abstract

The concept analytics and its concept variables (analytics of management, business analytics, chemical analytics, ecological analytics, economic analytics, financial analytics, informational analytics, legal analytics, political analytics, risk-analytics, social analytics, social sciences and humanities analytics, strategic analytics, war analytics etc.) are considered in the article. The organizational resources of the world analytics (academic and sectoral institutes, informational-analytical, intellectual, situational and strategic centers, «think-tanks», centers of public policy, and expert societies), specializing on carrying out different types of analytical research, are analyzed. The conclusion is substantiated about the necessity of creation of a single state body of management which would coordinate of activities of all the above mentioned organizational structures engaged in carrying out risk-analytical research and making crisis management programs.
