Keywords:

It is noted that one of the key tasks of modern sociology of religion is to comprehend the phenomenon of religiosity, which is undergoing noticeable transformations today. The results of an international study of values are presented, which allows for an inter-country comparison of the religiosity of the population. Using a multidimensional cross-confessional approach to the study of religiosity, the involvement of the population of Belarus and Turkey in the activities of religious institutions, as well as the religious beliefs of Belarusians and Turks, is analysed. The main ideological, behavioural, organisational and normative indicators of the religiosity of the population of these countries are determined.
