Аннотация

Раскрывается сущность советской национальной политики в Беларуси на фоне политической трансформации общества в условиях Октябрьской революции 1917 г. Рассматриваются идейные взгляды большевистских руководителей как Центрального комитета, так и Северо-Западного областного комитета РСДРП(б). Подробно освещается история созыва, работы и разгона Всебелорусского съезда. Указывается на идейные и политические противоречия в партии большевиков, а также в белорусском национальном движении. Источниковую основу исследования составили многочисленные архивные документы, в том числе приводимые впервые.
