The role of contemporary technoscience in overcoming of the global techno-humanitarian disbalance
Keywords:
biological evolution, social evolution, technical evolution, intellectual technology, techno-humanitarian balance and disbalance, technoscienceAbstract
The article considers such terms as biological evolution, social evolution, technical evolution, intellectual technology, techno-humanitarian balance and disbalance, etc. It analyses the correlation of the said terms with the technoscience concept. The paper gives a brief history of the technoscience formation being a new form of world science. There are given the basic definitions of technoscience and its organisational ifferences from traditional disciplinary science: problem-oriented nature of technoscience, innovative and technological focus, transdisciplinarity, universalism and emphasised orientation towards practical problems, project nature, widely understood integration of technoscience, inherent constructivism, the ever growing interdependence between modern technological and social processes. The role of technoscience (as the whole complex of intellectual technologies) in overcoming of the global techno-humanitarian disbalance is defines. The following conclusions are made: a) the technoscience pooling mechanism of such different areas of scientific knowledge as basic and applied research, innovative technological developments, nano-, bio- and infotechnologies, cognitive technologies and social technologies, numerous social structures, is the result of new forms of research convergence in the framework of the above mentioned areas of scientific knowledge; b) the formation of contemporary technoscience has become possible due to the pooling of such organisationally different patterns of science as problem-oriented, syntagmatic, innovative technological, transdisciplinary, universal, practice-oriented, project, integrated, constructive and socially determined ones; c) about the necessity to combine the efforts of natural, technical, social and humanity sciences to resolve the problem of the global techno-humanitarian disbalance.
