The practice of introducing artificial intelligence, which determines the technological sovereignty of a state, has been studied. It opens up new opportunities in all areas of human activity, including individuals, groups, countries, and the international community of states. It can lead to an avalanche of challenges for individuals, social groups, social communities, organisations, groups, and the state. The duality of the application of this double-edged intellectual tool is noted. Medical information systems based on artificial intelligence algorithms allow for the analysis of large amounts of data, their statistical processing, simplify management decisions in healthcare organisations, and ensure control over the financial costs of treatment and rehabilitation of patients. It should be noted that the use of artificial intelligence elements may lead to violations of privacy and confidentiality of patients’ personal information. In the future, it will be necessary to make adjustments to the education system, taking into account the theoretical and practical development of artificial intelligence operations, the adaptation of labour legislation, the provision of cybersecurity, and the development of ethical standards for interaction between humans and artificial intelligence, which are inevitably taking place in the labour market. The Republic of Belarus is constantly improving and developing its national security system, adapting it to new risks, challenges, and threats.
