Abstract

The molecular genetic profile of the expression of oncogenic miRNA mir-21, mir-373, mir-155, tissue antigens of steroid hormone receptors, epidermal growth factor Her-2 / neu and p53 in breast cancer are analyzed. It was found that the expression level of miR-155, miR-373, miR-21 and the cell regulating cell regulator p53 are independent prognostic risk factors for the relapse of the breast cancer.
