Abstract

Methods proposed by us considerably speed up the ecological diagnostics of soils, regardless their origin and external factors. This facilitates monitoring of soil resources and reveals the factors that negatively or positively influence the course of soil processes. These methods had already become the basis of «Methodology of operational diagnostics of natural and anthropogenic loads’ influence on the functional stability of acid soils». As the final stage of the diagnosis, we proposed a formula for calculating the coefficient of functional stability of soils (K f.st.), based on their genetic features. The fact that this scientific development does not require high financial costs, but gives the fullest possible picture of the soil state in the current period is very important.
