Diadenosine tetraphosphate effect on the functional activity of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia at oxidative stress
Abstract
Pregnant women with pre-eclampsia have no significant increase in the degree of platelet aggregation in response to the action of hydrogen peroxide, compared with a physiologically occurring pregnancy. In vitro experiments revealed that diadenosine tetraphosphate reduces the degree and rate of platelet aggregation induced by hydrogen peroxide in pregnant women with physiologically occurring pregnancy and pre-eclampsia.
