It is noted that the peculiarity of the Belarusian institutional system of X-type is its orientation to the planned-distributive type of economic relations and administrative methods of state management. It is pointed out that the task of consolidation of agents from different institutional sectors is relevant. The theoretical foundations of the coordination process are considered which make it possible to justify the formation of hybrid forms of organisation of subject relations adequate to the national economy. Emphasis is placed on the role of digital media as a guarantor of successful integration interaction in moving towards a common goal, as well as the position of the state as a key coordinator and strategist of effective socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus.
