Abstract

This article presents the author’s perspective on the emergence of a new global economic order, characterising and statistically substantiating its causes, key features, and emerging trends, as well as its medium-term consequences in the form of changing trade flows and reindustrialisation. The influence of digitalisation and artificial intelligence on the creation of multiple poles in the new world, giving rise to digital multiglobalisation, is examined. Future qualitative changes in the global economy are analysed to help national governments and businesses adapt to them.
