Modelling the impact the level of education and digitalisation on economic growth

Abstract

Econometric models of economic growth are built with exogenous variables reflecting the degree of education, digitalisation and life expectancy of the population, as well as the starting level of gross national income per capita. The panels are based on data from 10 developed and 10 developing countries over the past 30 years. The basic least squares method, the fixed effects method (in three versions) and the random effects method were used. Models with the best accuracy are identified. Economic conclusions are made.
