Гістарычная дынаміка сертыфікацыі халяльнай прадукцыі ў Інданезіі: змена роляў дзяржавы і рэлігійных устаноў

Прасочваецца гістарычнае развіццё кіравання халяльнай прадукцыяй у Інданезіі ў кантэксце доўгатэрміновага развіцця, якое ўключае пераход ад грамадскіх практык і нефармальнага рэлігійнага ўплыву навукоўцаў (улемаў) да сучаснай дзяржаўнай сістэмы рэгулявання халяльнай прадукцыі. Рэканструюецца траекторыя гэтага рэгулявання з дапамогай методыкі, якая спалучае нарматыўна-прававы падыход з гістарычным сінтэзам, разглядаюцца навуковая літаратура і афіцыйныя дзяржаўныя нарматыўныя акты. Вызначаецца, што рэгуляванне халяльнай прадукцыі прайшло ранні этап сацыяльна ўкаранёных практык, абумоўленых нормамі супольнасці, пераходны этап інстытуцыяналізацыі (1976–2014), які характарызуецца супрацоўніцтвам паміж дзяржавай і Міністэрствам па справах рэлігіі Рэспублікі Інданезія, і этап усталявання цяперашняга дзяржаўна арыентаванага парадку ў адпаведнасці з законам аб забеспячэнні якасці халяльнай прадукцыі.
