The article considers the concept of «constructive dialogue» as a special media text format aimed at obtaining a positive reaction from the audience, the formation or modification of public opinion, which is accordingly constructive in the interaction of the media and the audience. The author notes the leading role of constructive dialogue in the chain of interaction between the media editorial staff as well as individual journalists with the audience (feedback – informational participation – constructive dialogue). The role of constructive dialogue as an obligatory format of media analytical materials is emphasized, which plays a significant role in the prevention and resolution of conflict situations. The classification of analytical genres by the levels of involvement in a constructive dialogue with the audience (high, medium and low) is given according to five criteria: the presence of a constructive type of speech behavior in the media text, the level of potential positive reaction of the readership, the acquisition of new knowledge, the desire to form or modify public opinion, and the potential to prevent or contribute to the resolution of the conflict. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to study a constructive dialogue as an element of the direct interaction of journalists with the media audience, including as an obligatory format for analytical materials. The purpose of the study is to identify trends and patterns in the use of constructive dialogue as a media text format in analytical media genres.
