Exclusive international jurisdiction in contracts on legal aid of the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of problem aspects of exclusive international jurisdiction in the contracts on legal aid signed by Republic of Belarus. The questions concerning signs of exclusive competence of the courts on cross-border civil cases, its distinctive features in comparison with exclusive interstate jurisdiction are investigated. Need of interpretation of the uncontested judicial competence established by international treaties on legal aid on separate categories of affairs in quality of exclusive competence is proved.
