Development of the system of intellectual property legislation of the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
System of legislation of the Republic of Belarus on intellectual property is currently booming. Scientists and specialists are actively discussing the directions of development of this system and the possibility of codification of the legislation with the creation of the code of intellectual property. The article examines the positive and negative consequences of such codification in particular and changes in the system of intellectual property legislation in general. It is concluded that it is preferable to maintain the currently accepted two-level scheme for regulating relations under consideration, but this scheme requires several significant changes.
