Some problems of legal regulation of relations on the provision and use of land plots for housing construction

Abstract

The author of the article examines the problems of legal regulation of relations on the provision and use of land for housing construction. Among other things, the issues of the purpose of such land plots, property rights to them, mechanisms of provision, powers of land users, guarantees and ways to protect the rights of subjects of land relations were touched upon. The author has made proposals to improve legislation in order to ensure the effective and rational use of land for the construction and maintenance of residential buildings.
