On the issue of land offense signs

Abstract

The main features of land offenses are analysed in the article. Particular attention is paid to such a feature of land offenses as illegality, as well as to the problems of distinguishing between lawful and illegal behaviour of subjects of land relations, including the cases of discrepancy between the legal and actual boundaries of a land plot. Proposals for improving land legislation of the Republic of Belarus in terms of legalisation of land offenses, clarification of the obligations of land users to use land plots and differentiation of related types of land offenses are substantiated.
