Генезис и развитие системы повышения квалификации педагогических работников
Аннотация
Представлена периодизация развития системы дополнительного педагогического образования на территории Беларуси с конца XIX в. Выделены семь этапов этого становления с акцентом на доминирующие дидактические принципы и используемые средства визуализации учебного материала. Сделан вывод о необходимости реализации полипарадигмального подхода, дифференциации содержания с увеличением его смысловой и визуальной насыщенности.
