Genesis and development of the system of advancing the qualification of pedagogical workers
Abstract
The article presents the periodisation of the formation of the system of additional pedagogical education on the territory of Belarus since the end of the 19th century. Seven stages are highlighted, with an emphasis on the dominant didactic principles of each period, the means of visualisation of educational material used. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement a polyparadigm approach, differentiation of content with an increase in the semantic and visual saturation of the content.
