Prerequisites and perspectives for the development of the froms of instruction in information and education society

Abstract

The article discusses the prerequisites and perspectives for the development of the forms of instruction in modern information society. The emphasis is laid on the comprehensive study of the prognostic background of their development, including both internal (psychological and pedagogical) and external (economic, socio­cultural, technological, environmental, etc.) factors. The prerequisites are thought to be based on the rapid development of educational technologies firmly established in the sphere of market economy. The perspectives are viewed in the modification of hybrid forms of online education that makes the educational process more flexible and personality­oriented.
