Transfer of pedagogical innovations as a factor of the quality of in­depth higher education (master’s degree)

Abstract

In the article the author actualises the problem of training teaching staff at the level of advanced higher education (master’s degree). Considers the transfer of pedagogical innovations as an important factor in the professional development of a higher school teacher. The article characterises new challenges and tasks in the preparation of master’s degree students. Presents the contextual conditions and pedagogical meanings of the concept «innovations» and the author’s methodological works, describes the directions and channels for the transfer of innovative pedagogical experience, as well as the didactic role of digital support of the educational process.
