Жизнестойкость личности с различным травматическим опытом
Аннотация
Дополнено определение жизнестойкости в психологии. Проанализировано понятие жизнестойкости у разных авторов, выделены общие характеристики. Описана структурная модель жизнестойкости. В этой модели определены психологические факторы жизнестойкости, новообразования личности с различным травматическим опытом, а также способы, помогающие справляться с ними (такие компоненты жизнестойкости, как вовлеченность, контроль и принятие риска). Представлены три техники работы с травматическими переживаниями в контексте жизнестойкости. На примере исследований раскрыты особенности жизнестойкости личности с различным травматическим опытом. Выявлены психологические факторы выбора определенного (жизнестойкого или виктимного) способа совладания с травматическим опытом.
